Its a new year

and so much has happened already...well to be honest lol not a lot can happen when all you do is stare at our cute little boy everyday...

see why nothing gets done around here with this gorgeous little man... he is now 2 months old and so much is changing everyday... big big smiles and little talks we get from him now just so cute...

look at how big he is getting now... getting those baby cute rolls on his arms and legs... he is now sleeping in his big cot after figuring it out that if he squirmed down the bottom of the bassinet he could kick at it and wake himself up... so far so good in the cot...
the looks so tiny in this big cot but I'm sure he will be growing bigger very soon...

So other then baby news not a lot has been happening.. this year i have decided my one word for the year is to "FINISH"... finish off some or all of those projects that i started...
and i have actually done pretty well so far here is Jaxon's baby blanket that i started when i was pregnant and finally its finished ready for him to use... very happy with how this turned out...
another project that I'm working on to get finished is this blooming flower cushion... i saw this over on the Attic24 blog and loved the pattern... here is my version so far... just need to finish off the back part and sew it together and its finished...
another project i did manage to get finished just in the nick of time was this christmas cross stitch sampler from The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery. This was made for my parents for christmas for their new house they have just moved into...

ok here is a list of projects that i need to get finished

* Jaxon's baby album
* project life album 2015
* continue with the cross stitch yearly sampler Story time
* continue with the monthly crochet block (blue, grey and white) from Moogly Blog
* start blanket for my bed

ok 2015 is going to be a busy year i think LOL... lets see how i go (and hopefully more blogging in that list as well...)

till next time
xoxo

Jaxon looks good enough to eat !!! His blankie looks gorgeous and so does his nursery !!!! Your parents cross-stitch gift looks divine - labour of love. Your plan looks good for the year. Take a day at a time. And enjoy that baby - he will change so quickly !!!
