Happy Australia Day...

Happy Australia day everyone... i hope you all enjoyed today and had lots of fun with friends and family... I sure did... our family every year goes down to the river which is great for the kids to swim in (as its really shallow) and of course the big kids like me also LOL... so we had a great day.. as usual kaitlyn got all dressed up in her aussie clothes and stuff she loves to wear on Australia day...it was nice and warm out so swimming was great and the water was just right... silly me got a tad sunburnt so its a bit sore now LOL... but all good we did have a great day so thats all that matters...

I have been doing lots of scrapping latley too... i am still in the process of Shimelle's online free class and i have kept up so far and im loving how its turning out.. will take pics once it has been finished...

I also got to play with some yummmy new products that we got in at the shop... this is one page i did using the new Little Yellow Bicycle range...i actually like how this turned out as its really not my style at all...

and here is my last Creative Scrappers sketch page that went up... love how this one turned out, also thanks to Nicole who gave me some ideas for this page....

so there you have it another long post LOL... must try to blog more often hey....

ok hope you all have a great week... school goes back for Kaitlyn on wednesday and she is so looking forward to it (LOL so am i LOL)...

opps about time i updated...

well seems i have been neglecting my blog abit latley sorry about that LOL...

I have been busy with work and school holidays which has been great... also lots of scrapping happening here too...my desk is finally clean after a huge scrap day i had yesterday... i went and bought a new DVD player for my scrap room so now i can watch all my fav DVD's while i scrap yeahhh....

So scrap wise I have done quite a bit latley... i have nearlly finished all my DT work for this month so ill share that soon when i can...

So last wednesday Kaitlyn and I took the drive back down to Anthea's to see her and the boys... it was sooo hot down there but we all still had heaps of fun... Anthea and I got to scrap a bit which was good and the kids ate lots of ice blocks LOL... the boys both got scooters for xmas so Kaitlyn took hers down too so they could all go for a scooter ride dont they all look so cool on their scooters LOL...and look at this cutey with his mum... he gives the most gorgeous smiles he is such a cutey...

So speaking of Anthea she gave me this blog award im a bit slack with passing on awards and most people have done it by now so thanks hon for the award)...

Ok so this is a huge post now since im so slack at updating LOL..

oh and if your in need of something to do Shimelle is doing it again this time with a free online class... go and check it out here if you would like to join in... Im going to go and get all my stuff ready for the class to start... it looks like a fun class and shimelle's work is just gorgeous....come and join in...

ive been scrapping

yeahh finally i have scrapped something that i am happy with... found this great sketch over at CMK and totally loved it so thought i would join in and here is the result... this is our cat Bobbin playing around when we were taking our christmas decorations down... anything lying around on the floor and she has to play in it... she loves my mums quilts... you put one on the floor and a few minutes later Bobbin will be under it sleeping... we think she likes the dark alot LOL...

One more day then im back to work... Kaitlyn is off to her dads for a week so im sure ill get lots of scrapping done while she is away... i have a few things that i need to get done so that should keep me busy while she is gone....

ok off to clean up and get dinner organised....

do you like my new blog LOL... yes i know changed it again... im just never happy with it... but i do like my new one... thanks to the girls over at CMK who gave me some tips on how to use Scrapblog i worked it out and now its done... very happy with myself i think LOL....

Now to go and do some scrapping ...tomorrow Kaitlyn and I are off to the Aquatic Centre for some fun in the pool... its been very hot here so i hope tomorrow will be also apprently there is a huge new indoor play area in the pool with water slides etc so that should be fun... hope to take lots of pics....

It was upload day today for the Scraploot design team... i got to work with the Rose Moka papers... very bright... not too keen on some of my pages that i did but here is one that i didnt mind...

i have totally lost my scrap groove latley... anyone with hints for me to get it back just let me know thanks...

ok off to see if i can get it back myself first LOL... have a great week everyone
